My Shareena, second at Newcastle last time, steps up in distance on a quick back-up. Ruskana, with placings in his last two, and Wizard's Star, third at this track last time, are threats. Longinus can do better.

Race 5: Sono Immortale Value Bet
Sono Immortale, on debut after three strong trials including a second behind city winner Dusty Bay, looks ready. Ironblood Empress, fourth on debut at Kensington, and Cape Douglas, sixth at this track, have claims. Share The Joy, resuming after a trial win, is a place chance.

Race 6: Castagnola Ready to Win Again
Castagnola, a Kensington maiden winner in January, ran well when fourth at Gosford and fifth at Wyong on resumption. The Replicant can bounce back, while Flying From Above and Silver Tempest are place chances.

Race 7: Last Druid in Great Form
Last Druid has been consistent with a win at this track, a sixth at Warwick Farm, and another win at Gosford. He was second at Rosehill last time. Philatelic, a former Godolphin galloper resuming for a new stable, is a watch. Etched In Time and Spiritualistic have claims.

Race 8: Seven Days Can Get Back to Winning
Seven Days, a maiden winner at this track last December, was second here earlier this month. Silk Lace, with two wins in a row at Newcastle, and Spare, a big winner at this track, are threats. Gambler can improve.
