HOUSTON and WINDHOEK, Namibia - In a significant move to strengthen Namibia's growing energy workforce, McDermott International and the Petroleum Training and Education Fund (PETROFUND) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding focused on developing local talent in the upstream oil and gas sector.
