Emilia Nghikembua, CEO of Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia and Nam-CSIRT head, emphasized the organization's collaborative approach with the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology. This partnership builds upon Namibia's strong tradition of security leadership.
"A National Computer Security Incident Response Team is not merely an institutional designation, but a pragmatic framework for collective defence," stated Nghikembua.
